Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems and/or equivalent 3+ years relevant work experience.

• Rust experience on embedded systems or writing portable multi-platform code.
• At least 3+ years experience using RUST in an application setting
• A strong understanding of references and borrowing
• Must have client Player experience with life times, data sharing and async patterns
• Rust application development experience
• Familiar with RUST best practices
• Experience in Streaming technologies
• Possess the ability to transfer knowledge to others
• Be able to review code and untangle Rust compiler errors.
• Excellent understanding of software design principles
• Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with multithreading
• Initiative, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
• Rust Web App Knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with set-top box development and specialized SoCs
• Experience developing for gaming consoles and android devices is a plus.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain Rust player for optimal streaming experience
• Review team members’ code and designs
• Maintain high development standards
• Assist in the deployments of all product releases, fix packs, hotfixes and conduct troubleshooting of production related client issues
• Always be on the lookout for ways to improve processes and so you will research, develop solutions and tools for clients
• Design application solutions that fully implement business requirements.
• Assist with the development of detailed technical requirements and implementation instructions for assigned systems and projects.
• Review existing computer systems and make recommendations for enhancements /optimization.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
